2. You may make your own shop (1 at a time)
3. If you want to make a new shop, you must close your old one by telling an admin.
4. It cannot be pay for nothing. (Ticket Donations go in the Ticket Donation Forum)
5. It cannot be "pay to hack stuff!"
6. Do not hack coins.
